|Kirk Cameron...who's character on "Growing Pains" hung|
out with a character named Boner
Via LGBTQ Nation:
Former “Growing Pains” actor and self-proclaimed born again Christian Kirk Cameron, appearing Friday on CNN’s “Piers Morgan Tonight,” and said marriage was “defined by God,” and that homosexuality is “unnatural” and “destructive” to the foundations of civilization.
Cameron, 41, best known for his role as Mike Seaver on the ABC television series from 1985 to 1992, is an active Christian evangelist in the ministry he founded, The Way of the Master, and also co-founded The Firefly Foundation with his wife, actress Chelsea Noble.
Speaking on the topic of same-sex marriage, Cameron said:
“Marriage is almost as old as dirt, and it was defined in the garden between Adam and Eve. One man, one woman for life till death do you part. So I would never attempt to try to redefine marriage. And I don’t think anyone else should either,” explains Cameron. “So do I support the idea of gay marriage? No, I don’t.”
And on homosexuality, Cameron added:
“I think that it’s – it’s – it’s unnatural. I think that it’s – it’s detrimental, and ultimately destructive to so many of the foundations of civilization.”
So, we now know he is a homophobe and there have been several studies linking homophobic men to latent gay sexual attraction. That, in itself is not proof but could be suggestive that he may be sexually attracted to men.
Then there's this:
There is an area in Griffith Park where you can take the kiddies for a train ride. A certain actor used to enjoy taking men for another kind of ride in the same area. He would cruise the park, pick up a guy, and then hook up with them in his car. The really ironic thing here is that the actor is so religious that when he was a teen heartthrob (a couple of decades ago) he used to insist that any dialogue that was even the slightest bit sexual or profane be removed from his lines because they violated his sense of decency. He’s all grown up now – and still cruises for guys – but we’re sure his wife really appreciates what a moral man she married.
To which most of the commenters on the blog guessed Kirk Cameron. Now, obviously one is to take any information from a site called blind gossip with a grain of salt. Once again, no proof has been offered but once you start putting 2 and 2 together... I'm just saying' where there's smoke, there's usually a pole smoker!!
All I have done with this post is ask a question "is Kirk Cameron gay?" If you think that this question is somehow demeaning or insulting to Kirk, you would be wrong. Since there is nothing wrong with being gay, asking if he is gay is like asking if he is Norwegian. He either is or he isn't. Who knows, he may be bi and likes to take it up the bum by a hot Norwegian guy while his wife plays the bongos at the foot of their bed. I don't have any proof that this is true. On the other hand, he has no proof that gay marriage and homosexuality are "detrimental, and ultimately destructive to so many of the foundations of civilization.” That doesn't stop him from spouting those lies on national TV, does it?
